 Officials have started repairing a vehicle to be used for the Royal Cremation ceremony for King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Fine Arts Department officials and soldiers disassembled the Royal Chariot at the Traditional Arts Office in Nakhon Pathom.

The Royal Chariot has been rehabilitated twice since it was built by King Rama I in 1795. It carried the royal urns of 23 members of the royal family as of 2012.
