The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Pattaya Office is inviting local and international tourists to participate in the 2015 Loi Krathong festival at Pattaya, which will be held at Lan Pho Public Park in Na Klua, Pattaya, on 25 November, 2015.
Apart from joining the locals and foreign tourists participating in one of the most romantic events of Thailand, there will be beauty pageant to search for Miss Loi Krathong or locally-known as ‘Noppamas Queen’ to colour up the event.
